Refunds
We will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@nolivatoronto.com.
Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, returns are possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 90 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- The order still contains all appropriate parts and components, and the original packaging is intact.
- Only normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, etc.) are not returnable.
- Defective on arrival: if the product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt, please report it right away.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns are processed within 7 working days; if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@nolivatoronto.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product (in case of breakage/defect)
- Your first and last name
- Your address
- Wait for our response with the correct return address and instructions.
- Important: Never send the return to the sender’s address on the parcel. Only use the address we provide to avoid complications.
- Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer.
Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for personal purposes, you may have the right to cancel in accordance with the following provisions.
A. Cancellation Conditions
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.
Since our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately upon placement. Cancellation of shipping is not possible once the order has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please wait to receive the goods and then proceed with the return process.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us at NOLIVA TORONTO via email with a clear declaration of your decision to cancel. The cancellation will be considered complete once we have received the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer than usual. If your goods are already on their way, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the goods and then initiate a return.
You may notify us in advance of your intention to return so we can assist you promptly. For faster processing, please send us a shipping confirmation once available.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract:
- We will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs and any additional charges incurred for choosing a non-standard delivery option.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request and the returned goods.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as was used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees for the refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging).
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
